OUR STORY

Tom Issing began his career on Wall Street at Cantor Fitzgerald, where he spent 17 years as a successful bond broker. Following the events of 9/11, he shifted his focus to working as an Owner’s Representative and Project Manager, specializing in high-end residential buildouts and comprehensive property oversight. Tom has managed homes in Miami, the Hamptons, and Manhattan for the last 25 years.

Dylan Issing has been working alongside his father since he was old enough to pick up a hammer. Dylan,who is a carpenter by trade,brings hands-on expertise from both residential builds and large-scale commercial high-rise projects.
